Would He be proclaimed the King of Kings, the Almighty God, worthy of absolute devotion, adoration, fealty, and service? Would He be so received by you? Would you be willing to forsake all that is of this world, this flesh, that you may, in truth, follow Him? Would you die for He who so willingly died for you? Or, alas, would that profound uneasiness born of doubt and fear place you among those shouting, ‘Stone Him!’”
