High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter media is the most effective particle filtration method known.

A true HEPA filter is made of special fibrous material featuring an extended surface that is deeply embedded with randomly positioned glass fibers. True HEPA filter media is certified to have minimum efficiency of 99.97% in capturing particles of 0.3 micron size. These respirable size particles are the most difficult to remove from the air. Personal Remarks and Condition:

Having had no experience whatsoever where air purifiers and cleaners are concerned, and suddenly beset by both severe and, at times, debilitating allergies and bouts of asthma, I, not, perhaps, surprisingly, elicited the advice of my physician.
