Ford Motorcraft Autolite BF42 Spark Plugs
Throughout
much of the 1960s and a portion of the 1970s, the Autolite BF42 was the spark
plug of choice of The Ford Motor Company finding
widespread usage in a variety of engines, including the 221, 240, 260, 289, 302,
351, 352, 390, 428, and 429. Last produced approximately twenty five years ago
and, therefore, growing increasingly difficult to locate, they are much sought by
collectors of vintage and classic Ford automobiles—particularly the high
